Medical Care

In early recovery, proper care is essential. At Wonderland, our staff includes the top clinicians and addiction specialists. The care of our clients is divided into two distinct phases at Wonderland. Phase one involves clients in need of detoxification. During this phase of social model detoxification, attention and client supervision are intense and regular. Wonderland places the client’s personal safety above all other considerations. Although Wonderland is not a medical facility, by being located in the center of Los Angeles, we have easy access to medical centers and hospitals.

The second phase of care at Wonderland begins during residential stay. This treatment includes access to doctors and psychiatrists when needed. In terms of personal medical care, our clinicians will work with your current healthcare providers to address your individual needs.
