Physical Care
At Wonderland, our program includes daily workouts either at our state of art gym, yoga classes or hikes in the beautiful Fryman and Runyan canyons that surround our Center. We encourage and support physical health and exercise. Our nutritional program compliments our approach. Health professionals unanimously agree that exercise. alone is not enough, good health and fitness requires proper nutrition. We provide nutritional counseling and healthy food prepared by our gourmet chef. Nutritional foods do not have to taste bad.
On our private grounds, we offer our clients peaceful canyon walks. As one of the only treatment centers near Beverly Hills, our private treatment center, we provide our clients world-class health and fitness education. Wonderland provides each client the opportunity to get in touch with their bodies and invigorate their physical well-being as they walk the path of recovery.
